Propagated to the "New Generation rhyme" by Cro, or eou Ahzumjot by Falk in Mixery Raw Deluxe was, but it had been strong, this German dancehall thing! Quite a few people tended to hypothesise that the young savages were replaced with love for Jamaican riddims the German rap. Anyway! Neither Germany nor anything else in rap is dead! Without a doubt loves the youth, the new dancehall achievements of the next generation. Nosliw here has thrown open doors - similar to the local hip-hop, the experimental materials and Casper. These two traditional approaches Abräumer of 2011 were not opposed to new musical horizons.
The medical journal the Riddim "Newcomer" and "Rookies" acclaimed activist and Rojah Slonesta have to double her debut, "Who the ..." proved to Rootdown Records, that one should expect in the future with their art. After Slonesta's digital mixtape gift "Good Morning, World", the EP freshen "Slomotion" the way now goes to the tongue and acrobats Repräsenter Rojah from Bayreuth.
The move from Rojah from Bayreuth to Berlin has been good and he has heard once more the suggestion underscored the voice of the youth scene to be with fellow Slonesta! There are musical minimalist, bass-underscored soundscapes over which he glides with his stories from everyday life. He scores with social problems such as non-personal references and forgotten humanity ("Internet"), bold reflection of the feminine gender ("Bad") or denounces ignorance and Meinungsmacherei ("babble Let them all") and its content to diverse topics with which pretty much everyone between 13 and late 30s can relate to. The highlight is undoubtedly the collaboration with Nosliw when they remember the last time hip-hop. Hard to imagine that in the content, technical and musical skills that this can be ignored by the people, just bring the Cro & consorts million clicks on YouTube. There are club bangers ("Nobody") and bass monster ("Supa Dupa Power") for the next party between Lil Wayne, materiality, Mavado, Rusko and Rhianna find her place easily, because they are produced as thick and dubstep nor left out as they can breathe without being pop sellout in any way. The reggae fans to the more classic roots vibes may come in "Life is Beautiful" served. Dear Spring, here's your first competitive album. Nuff said.

Munich raps and all involved!
I'm in New Zealand and therefore relatively far away from Munich. But until the last corner (Tutukaka) has penetrated the network and so far I get here every day x-mails from people, projects and other 89 requests.
This is nice and makes you proud. It's annoying but also because much of it just does not really fit (sometimes). Or am I and my colleagues do not feel 89 have it (more often). All the better are the moments when you meet or even at random Hin & Her surfing in one way or another gem. Rap from Munich and Bavaria! Sounds so good, how is it actually. Who knows we followed closely that there is in Munich, only a handful of good blogs. The rest is just bad bad bad. Good blogs are good tips. And we want now is not even boast that we are the first. Not so. But there can never be too much good information.
Stephen and Philip are a good project that everyone should keep an eye on the hip-hop mag. We monitor the situation and I have temporarily allowed time to ask the two what this is all about.
Our name is ... Stephen and Philip, Philip, and optionally also Stephan
We are people ...
Rap is in G'sicht dei nei ... a way for us hip-hop and rap from Bavaria to provide a platform.
If we were OB but then ... we would always be near women.
The best part is that Munich ... Munich is so underrated.
The worst, however ... tatütata
We prefer to keep us ... the door ... because ... we always have your hands full.
In the beer garden, we would like to ... selbstmitgebrachtem with beer.
If we could play on for 5 minutes the whole town with a song would be ...
All Munich should ... zuzeln the sausage.
All tourists should ... Peel the sausage.
As you both know you gelerent and what is your mission?
We met at a hip hop event, where else have missions soldiers, we simply make events and a blog.
Are you now more of a blog project, or where the path leads?
Since 2007 there has been in the rap jams in the nei dei G'sicht Glockenbachwerkstatt, the first has only organized Philip alone. 2009, we became acquainted. Six months ago, had the idea to start a blog under the same name, and we have started to take care of everything in common. The sampler is like the starting gun for the blog, the jams will continue to exist.
Why we had to wait so long on this compilation?
We also asked ourselves. In 2007 there were already the "support your local rap act" sampler, on the one or the other was also present, which has found its way on our sampler. Unfortunately, there was never again to what, so we thought that we could take the time even in the hand.
I have now just ask so saudoof: on it with no pot. Is that too mainstream?
This has nothing to do with mainstream. We wanted to offer mainly lesser-known artists a platform. What does not the sampler, the whole Munich rap scene is represented, as are represented here in the first place people we know personally. The following samplers are intended to be diversified broadly, as the scene in Munich is surprisingly diverse and we want to try to show.
Rap is coming back on - at least get the feeling that you know, the cool people at last, that is minimally rumzappeln pointless. On the one hand, this is obviously good, because it will get new faces and flow to it. On the other hand, there is always the danger: now there are all well, so you can not find it good. What do you say?
Whether "in" or "out", good music, whether rap or anything else, is above the trend.
What is Munich, Berlin, what does not?
Marienplatz, City Hall, Isar, English Garden, Angel of Peace, Odeon Square, 6 of the best and most famous beer breweries in the world, the Oktoberfest, White Sausage, the German Museum, a kiosk has opened at night, Giesing, 1860, CSU, tatütata, Grünwald Stadium , Olympic Park, near Alpine, hair dryer, courtyard garden, Nymphenburg Palace .... Or do you think now in terms of rap?
No, that was more than enough :) Where can we hear you live? What are the upcoming events?
The next time "in rap nei dei G'sicht" will be held at 19:04 in Glockenbachwerkstatt (Blumenstraße 7). More events will follow at regular intervals.
And when sampler is 2?
If all goes well this year, but maybe not until next year.

Esperanza Spalding with new long groove

Addison Groove
Behind the pseudonym Addison Groove puts the producer Antony Williams, who since 2007 has received worldwide with excitement for his dubstep designs. On the influential genre-leading Tampa Records label, he has driven bass music made in UK. Dubstep was also raised by Williams to a new level, because he only saw dubstep as a basis to delve into all fields of experimental electronic music. Techno and house served as a great idea at all about fathers and patrons. Reference points were also a hermeneutical circle again and again to a new spot to find and define new goals from there. Miami bass bows, dirty Chicago reminiscences, wobble bass games, break beats, break beats and synth caresses and shredded reduced eingebröckelt - "Transistor Rhythm" is a brilliantly-cooled-down bass-culture sketch into 13 pieces. Williams has a technoid dubstep-based intelligence for its further development. Reduced and always exciting. After Rustie you now probably the next UK-bass prodigy. Congratulations. With this quality development and pleasure one can safely assume that this boy will make a few more years for vertebrae.

Bites innocence 'School Friends' of Now, Now
I have to admit, I take one day completely trapped in the world who have raised Now, Now in her second studio album. Cacie Dalager's band, formerly known as Now, Now Every Children, have reached a new welfare state through a "Threads" (March 6, Trans Records) getting seamlessly link the melancholy spirit / emo Tegan & Sara with a thin metallic aura that comes from taps to lower Christine Sako.
While waiting to leave the LP here we leave with a piece that sums up the essence of this young trio of Minnesota. It is entitled 'School Friends' and talks about those innocent idealizations we have all experienced at some point in our own school years. Pay special attention to the introduction Britty Hale gives us the keyboard and the modest sound catharsis that can be enjoyed from the minute 2:30:

Matt Skiba (Alkaline Trio) stands out with a new project: Matt Skiba & the Sekrets
Alkaline Trio are rolling since 1996 and Matt Skiba, their leader, has to be at the bottom of the barrel since the beginning of the banda of Illinois. After hundreds and hundreds of concerts, and having released a handful of studio albums, Skiba takes a couple of years trying to distance themselves in creative terms. The first step in all this is found in "Demos", a work published in 2010 which lists some of the issues that Matt has written alone. The second responds to the name of The Hell, a formation that is finalized with Atom Willard of Angels & Airwaves. And in third place, and not least, are the work of the singer in front of Matt Skiba & the Sekrets, set to release a debut album entitled "Babylon" on 8 May on Superball Music.
A press release issued by the group says MS & TS will pop punk Alkaline Trio, yes, adding to the formula sound touches of post punk 80. Without any advance of the album is frankly difficult to imagine so great mixture of styles. ¿Punk crushed with the pump entertaining alternative / progressive bands like PIL, Bauhaus and The Fall? We are eager to be seen as just playing the latest musical wanderings of one of the artists that we respect the firmament punk of the past decade.
